What is the Assembly in Time?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a collective initiative to rethink, strengthen and project the work of the coalitions, networks and organizations that make up Tejiendo Redes Infancia in Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In five phases of dialogue, diagnosis and action, we convened a deep conversation about current challenges, our associative reality and the urgency of imagining possible futures to guarantee the rights of children and youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Five phases to rethink the present and transform the future<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 1: Call for Proposals<\/strong>
We connect with each member, network, and organization to open up the collective space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 2: Participatory diagnosis<\/strong>
We identified risks and threats: setbacks in human rights, violence, autocratic populism, and funding crises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 3: Future Scenarios<\/strong>
We imagine possible paths to 2035: how to sustain our struggles for children in the face of adverse scenarios and find concrete actions that lead us to other possible futures?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 4: Allied Voices<\/strong>
We listen to our strategic allies to incorporate shared learnings and hopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 5: Deciding on the route<\/strong>
Collectively, in an open space and through intergenerational dialogue, we will define the key strategies for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analyzer <\/strong>The crisis of the democratic paradigm, the erosion of human rights, and the shrinking of civic spaces in the region pose high-impact risks to the process of strengthening the SIPINNA (Comprehensive System for the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents). Identifying regional and territorial pathways to support the coordination of public policies is crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
