{"id":1888,"date":"2022-12-20T14:07:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-20T20:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tejiendoredesinfancia.org\/?p=1888"},"modified":"2022-12-21T10:40:11","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T16:40:11","slug":"llamado-urgente-a-garantizar-proteccion-integral-y-manifestar-solidaridad-con-la-infancia-y-la-juventud-peruana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tejiendoredesinfancia.org\/pt_br\/sala-de-prensa\/llamado-urgente-a-garantizar-proteccion-integral-y-manifestar-solidaridad-con-la-infancia-y-la-juventud-peruana\/","title":{"rendered":"Llamado urgente a garantizar protecci\u00f3n integral y manifestar solidaridad con la infancia y la juventud peruana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>20 de diciembre de 2022.-<\/em> Las mujeres y hombres defensores de los derechos humanos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes de las Am\u00e9ricas expresamos nuestra solidaridad con el pueblo peruano y llamamos a la protecci\u00f3n integral de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y personas j\u00f3venes; buscando una soluci\u00f3n inmediata de forma pac\u00edfica a la crisis pol\u00edtica, que prevenga se sigan suscitando hechos de violencia que afectan a las personas m\u00e1s vulnerables de la poblaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como, evite que el Estado continue adoptando medidas que restringen los derechos fundamentales de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la serie de protestas que se han generado en Per\u00fa desde el pasado viernes 9 de diciembre de 2022 y que han tenido la contenci\u00f3n de las autoridades policiales de ese pa\u00eds, vemos con profunda preocupaci\u00f3n las acciones de abuso policial y asesinatos con las cuales se ha afectado gravemente la integridad f\u00edsica y emocional de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en el Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creemos firmemente que la declaraci\u00f3n del Estado de emergencia y la consecuente suspensi\u00f3n de garant\u00edas constitucionales como son los derechos a la libertad de reuni\u00f3n, libertad de tr\u00e1nsito por el territorio nacional, inviolabilidad de domicilio y seguridad personales, aumentan la posibilidad de detenciones arbitrarias y el abuso de poder por parte de las fuerzas policiales que afectan la integridad de las personas y especialmente ponen en riesgo la vida de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expresamos nuestro saludo solidario con las mujeres defensoras y los hombres defensores de derechos humanos en Per\u00fa, quienes se encuentran abocados a registrar y denunciar las situaciones de amenaza o violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos de las personas en el Per\u00fa. Saben qu\u00e9 no est\u00e1n solas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reafirmamos el derecho de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes a manifestar libremente su opini\u00f3n y a la libertad de celebrar reuniones pac\u00edficas, por ello hacemos un llamado a las autoridades peruanas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A BUSCAR UNA SOLUCI\u00d3N INMEDIATA Y PAC\u00cdFICA a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e1logo y con el acompa\u00f1amiento de instancias internacionales defensoras de derechos humanos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A LAS AUTORIDADES DE GOBIERNO para que adopten las medidas necesarias a fin de evitar que ocurran m\u00e1s p\u00e9rdidas de vidas humanas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A LA DEFENSORA DEL PUEBLO Dra. They know they are not alone.<br><br>We reaffirm the right of children and adolescents to freely express their opinion and to freely hold peaceful assemblies, therefore we call on the Peruvian authorities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TO SEEK AN IMMEDIATE AND PEACEFUL SOLUTION through dialogue and with the accompaniment of international human rights defenders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TO THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES to adopt the necessary measures in order to prevent further loss of human lives from occurring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TO THE OMBUDSMAN Dra.
